Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

1. Eligibility. You must be 21 years or older to participate. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Members of The Wisconsin Winery Association, their immediate families and those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter this drawing. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Promotion Period. Entries will be accepted from August 6, 2009 at 12:00 AM (CST) through October 31, 2009 at 11:59 PM (CST). Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on November 6, 2009. The Wisconsin Winery Association and its members reserve the right to select the winners and to cancel, modify or suspend this drawing; their decision is final. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
3. Prize and Approximate Retail Value. Winners will be awarded one of the prizes listed at http://wiswine.org/great-wisconsin-winery-giveaway. All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of any 2009 Wisconsin Winery Association Online Giveaway Prize not specified herein, are the sole responsibility of the winner. No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfers permitted, except The Wisconsin Winery Association and its members reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event an advertised prize is unavailable.
4. Conditions of Participation. This drawing is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wisconsin and all entrants hereby submit to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the State of Wisconsin for resolution for all claims and disputes. Acceptance of a 2009 Wisconsin Winery Association Online Giveaway Prize constitutes permission for The Wisconsin Winery Association and its members to use each winner’s name and/or likeness, biographical material and/or entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. The return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to respond to notices in a timely manner as determined by The Wisconsin Winery Association and its members may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be chosen. By accepting a 2009 Wisconsin Winery Association Online Giveaway Prize, each winner agrees to hold The Wisconsin Winery Association and its members and employees harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the drawing, acceptance or use of a 2009 Wisconsin Winery Association Online Giveaway Prize.
5. IN NO EVENT WILL THE WISCONSIN WINERY ASSOCTION AND ITS MEMBERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS DRAWING OR THE RECEIPT AND USE OF A 2009 WISCONSIN WINERY ASSOCIATION ONLINE GIVEAWAY PRIZE. THE 2009 WISCONSIN WINERY ASSOCATION ONLINE GIVEAWAY PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABLILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
