These wines are defined by their dark fruit flavors and tannins. Barrel aging plays a part in many red wines.  | White wines are lighter in color and contain aromatic notes like flowers, citrus, and orchard fruits. Commonly these wines are lighter in body and in alcohol.  | Rosé wines are made from red grapes, but the grape skins are removed which reduces the tannins in the wine. Sparkling wines have carbonation added.  | Wisconsin's known for its specialty wines.  Made from Wisconsin grown fruits and locally harvested honey.  We also have a growing hard-cider industry.  |
