These wines are defined by their dark fruit flavors and tannins. Barrel aging plays a part in many red wines.

White wines are lighter in color and contain aromatic notes like flowers, citrus, and orchard fruits. Commonly these wines are lighter in body and in alcohol.

Rosé wines are made from red grapes, but the grape skins are removed which reduces the tannins in the wine. Sparkling wines have carbonation added.

Wisconsin's known for its specialty wines.  Made from Wisconsin grown fruits and locally harvested honey.  We also have a growing hard-cider industry.
